Valor Wrestling Club offers class all year round and is broken down in 3 parts Pre-Season, In-Season, and Post-Season.

Pre-Season – Training classes focus primarily on folk style wrestling. The purpose of the Pre-Season Class is to ready our wrestlers for the main high school or kids competitive seasons.
